Our journey began over 30 years ago when we started our logistics business. Through experience we realized that high labor costs, difficulty in finding reliable call center staff, and retaining trained professionals within the company were major challenges we faced.
After researching various options,we decided to open our own offshore office in Colombia to provide our customers with exceptional services at more reasonable rates. We started by training customer service agents in Colombia, who we found to be highly motivated and dedicated to delivering quality customer service.
From there, we expanded our offshore team to include experts in digital marketing and software development. We ran our own offices in Colombia for 10 years, training and managing our own team of professionals in customer service, digital marketing, software development, B2B sales, back-office support, and data entry. During this time, we gained valuable insights and experience in managing an offshore team, allowing us to provide top-quality services at lower costs.
